Great big antique mall with two floors! Obviously prices are set by each vendor but most of them are pretty reasonable. Lots to look at, and most booths are set up well with only a few where it's set up kind of smushed where you can't browse easily. Huge selection of jewelry, smalls, mid-century furniture/decor, and ceramics/glassware. Super friendly owners!
I guess maybe you don’t get a lot of Black customers but, even so, the few that do come in do not deserve to see things like this while we’re trying to shop. I was on the way to the register with something I absolutely loved when my partner and I passed this. Immediately put our things back where we found them and left. It is not ethical to accept these items to display or sell- the responsible choices are to refuse, dispose of, or donate them to museums. Displaying them for sale is humiliating and unwelcoming. Editing to address the owner’s response: Thank you for clarifying that you are perfectly comfortable profiting off of those “ignorant” times (what a small word for massive colonial violences, but the minimizing of the violence we’ve experienced is expected, I guess). I wonder how hard it would be to come up with a name for this doll that doesn’t include a racial slur and actually acknowledges its “ignorant” origins instead of affirming them. Seems like that would be the absolute bare minimum to me, but why would we ever expect that? You didn’t even bother to update your terminology on your Native American items from “Indian” in near 2026, so of course “jigger” works for you just fine. Won’t be back.
Horrible internal communication. Called as they were opening claim a piece. Was told I would get a call back. When I did not after an hour I called back and they had just sold it to another person. Bad business. And they will. It get my business anymore. Communication is important.
This place is fabulous, fair, and friendly! I’ve visited many times and purchased quality, solid wood furniture pieces. The staff members are sweet hearts, they’ve lent me tape measurers and even helped me carry and load furniture into my car.
First time visit, but won’t be the last! So impressed with the quality and variety of items. Most impressed, however, by the gentleman downstairs reaction to breakage that happened to an item of his. His main concern was just getting the glass cleaned up and keeping everyone safe and not making it the end of the world. Such a classy place!
