The Berkley Music Company is such a gem! It had been many years since I was last in. I was greeted & helped in such a warm, kind, and genuine way. These guys really know what they’re talking about and go out of their way to offer personalized assistance. Definitely the best customer service experience I’ve had in recent memory. This is why we shop small & local, folks!

The binding on my Martian came loose, and to be honest. I had taken that guitar on the road and hadn't set it up while. I met Dave as soon as I walked in. In the midst of talking shop, we started talking life. It was refreshing to talk to a human about human stuff and music. After some time with the Dr, my guitar is playing as good as it did when I got it 5 years ago. I highly recommend taking you guitar here for a repair or set up. They also have an amazing selection of guitars and gear.

BEST music shop I have found in a long time!! Mark is extremely knowledgeable & skilled at set ups/repairs. Mark took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions. The staff at the shop are great! I did not have to wait & they took excellent care of my guitars. I have recommended to my friends.
