I love OH Yoga. I've been going for 3 years. The instructors are all fantastic and have consistently focused on doing what is best within yourself. Not necessarily doing the hardest or most aesthetic poses, but doing the ones that fit with how your body is doing on that day. Khanh, Jesse, Gina, and Whitney are the ones I've gone to the most consistently. The owner Kara provides such great customer service. I look to go any spare chance I can get.
I practiced with Oh Yoga for a little over a year, it’s my pleasure and privilege to be able to practice here. The teachers care about their classes a lot. There is a range of classes for different levels and both classrooms have big beautiful windows, it’s a big contrast with some other studios. The unlimited monthly membership is also very reasonable priced. I miss it so much and would like to recommend it to everyone.
I had the BEST experience! I decided last-minute this morning to find a yoga class since I do way better with instruction than working out on my own. I found this spot, and wow, it did not disappoint! Jessie led the all-levels class and did an amazing job guiding us through Vinyasa stretches. The downstairs room was such a vibe—with trees right outside the window, we transitioned from sunset to nightfall. The soft mood lighting added to the calm, relaxing atmosphere. Jessie started us off with deep breathing before moving into more challenging stretches, holding each one just long enough to feel the burn. By the time we wound down, I was so spent—between the body heat in the room and the workout itself, I was done. The session ended with us on our backs, taking deep breaths, and for the first time, I felt like I truly let go. I closed my eyes, relaxed completely, and even drifted into a little nap before snapping back to reality, realizing I was still in class. When I got up, I felt like Jessie had turned my stiff, tin-man body into a soft, loose rag doll. Such an incredible experience—I can’t wait to go back!
Took my first class at OH Yoga with Madison for Yoga 101 and it was fantastic. I'm super weak and inflexible and the class was the perfect amount of challenge. It's a beautiful studio day or night
I really enjoyed coming to OH YOGA, I started coming during pandemic. It’s a fabulous studio, both at Orange and Costa Mesa are very clean and tidy, I love how the studio decorated. I want to give Kara a thumb up for proving such a great studio with good vibes. The instructors are very experienced and very patient with each of student.One of the thing I like the most is the teacher will walk around adjusting postures. helps deepen my practice. I couldn't be happier continuing my yoga practice with Oh Yoga.
