I left a review a few years ago saying how much I appreciated the business etiquette that both Frank and Vince have running this tire shop, and I honestly can’t reiterate that enough. If you want trustworthy people working on your vehicle with top-notch customer service, this is the tire shop for you. I hit a pothole on Christmas Day after my last night shift and couldn’t travel over the holidays because no tire shop was open and I thought I might need a special-order rim. Even though my holiday plans were completely cancelled, I was able to get in right away on the first business day after the holiday thanks to people who truly understand how important my vehicle is — not only for getting to work, but for dropping my dog off at “daycare” before long shifts. The TTC just wouldn’t cut it, and I don’t trust the dealership within 10 feet of my car. I just want to say a huge thank you for making my transition back to work so much smoother than expected and for fitting me in right away. I truly feel like a valued customer every time I’m here. Thank you Vince, Frank & Team!
