Group of about 10, had 2 seafood towers, with 4lbs of lobster, a few dozen oysters, big prawns, and pork belly as an appy. All was very good, especially the pork belly. One guest had a bad oyster, got pretty bad food poisoning but not the restaurants fault. It happens time to time from oysters. Set menu, the salads were light and refreshing and the table ordered a mix of dishes. Mostly the the fish of the day which was light portions but delicious. The ones who ordered Ribeye and Fillet also enjoyed it. The braised lamb was not the best, dry and not a ton of flavor. The table also ordered 2 tomahawk wagyu steaks which were absolutely outstanding. Deserts were nice as well. Drink service could have been better. Cocktails were ordered before the wine yet didn't arrive for 20 to 30 mins. The wine list was great and our choices were outstanding. When martinis came before the meal, the drink runner accidently dropped both martinis down one of the guests back. Again, stuff happens. The odd part was that there was no visit by the manager or anything to discuss or apologize. In fact they didn't come by at all which is surprising since our bill was about $9,000 usd. One would think there would be some kind of hello, especially due to the double drink drop. Food was generally really good. Service was good and not excellent. The bill came with an automatic 25% gratuity which is quite high for auto. I rarely see the auto over 18 or 20%. Good overall, and room for improvement on the service side.
