On my journey to finding a 24 hour gym I found One Fitness. I have been going here for a few months and I love it. They have such a good variety of equipment, the people clean equipment after themselves, put their weights up when they are done, the facility is clean, has gated parking, and the owners are cool people also. Other gyms sometimes have an off putting vibe, but here I feel comfortable. I was not sure how to use one of the machines and they were happy to show me how to use it, offered some tips, and made sure I understood how to properly lock it back. Also, no bs here as I have encountered with other gyms and their policies. I encourage you to come in and try the free day pass they offer. This gym is good for people who call the gym a second home, and the person who is looking to just get started all the same.

Been a member for 4+ years at this point and this gym is incredible. 100% cleanest gym in Lubbock with constant sanitization and cleaning being done. Gym is never packed and all the essential high quality weights and machines are always available.

Loved this gym in Lubbock. It's been very hard moving away because One Fitness set my expectations so high. Very clean. Plenty of high quality equipment -- rarely have to wait to use stuff, even when the gym is busy. Owners are great people. Multiple benches, racks, deadlift station, plenty of dumbbells, every major machine, and tons of cardio equipment. Highly recommend checking this place out.

This place….. it’s alright for a small gym, except over crowded. There’s a teenager that “cleans” watch out! She will straight up hit you with the mop. Also mop under you during push-ups, and if you thought anything would actually get cleaned during that time, think again. It used to always be clean, but I don’t know what happened. The trainers are terrible too. They will leave everything racked, take up 5 pieces of equipment at a time and stare at you until you’re ready to leave. It’s weird to pay a membership for a gym that feels like they don’t need your business. Members definitely do not come first here. They have rules posted, but I’m not sure why when even the employees don’t adhere to them. I’d consider a different gym if you’re in the market.
