I had talked to the owner in person to cancel my membership, and was told it would be taken care of. Nothing happened, and they continued to try to charge my card on file. I called the company they use for billing and also tried to cancel. Again nothing happened. It got to the point of having to get a new card just to stop the payments. Now they’ve sent the account to collections. Avoid this place at all cost. I have heard countless other stories of this owner being a piece of work.
