One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a Pilates Reformer Essential class with Kara O’Connor (10:00–10:45) and arrived just 5 minutes late. The front desk lady refused to let me in, saying the instructor was strict and the policy of this place. I understand being late, but turning me away after paying and travelling so far is just unreasonable.

The studio has excellent teachers and a lovely community feel. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my yoga and Pilates abilities since joining and it’s been an amazing upgrade to my daily routine!! Janet, Duncan, Roxanne, Bec, Emily, Samantha have been amazing (just to name a few!!) I do want to say that it is unreasonable to make people pay for a towel if they want a shower…especially when you’re a member, this should absolutely be apart of your Monthly subscription fee! Also, I’m not sure if the bathrooms are cleaned on a regular basis, but the shower has had a persons empty personal shampoos bottles in it for over a month. Please seriously consider the above feedback. Thank you

I have been going to this studio for a while now, it’s a bit of a second home. The quality and professionalism of the teachers are always at a high standard, and the variety keeps you engaged and stimulated. There is space for you to go at your own pace as a beginner, or options for those who are at a more advanced level. The studio is also classy, inviting, warm and friendly. On a personal note: My husband died by suicide. I contacted the studio to cancel my membership, as at this time I wasn’t sure if I could afford it or even have the mental capacity to attend classes. One yoga immediately replied with their sympathies and refunded the month I just paid immediately. They then went a step further and kept the month open for me (basically unlimited classes for a month at no cost to me). The fact they left the door open for me, motivated me to at least try and attend. I ended up going every day and it was a life saver in a traumatic time. Their sense of fostering their yoga community was extremely commendable. Thank you One yoga for reminding me that because someone gives up, it doesn’t mean I have to give up on myself. Extreme gratitude 🙏

During my visit to Sydney last week, I had the chance to attend a yoga class at One Hot Yoga. The studio has an open, inviting atmosphere, with mats pre-set—a detail I especially appreciated. As a newcomer, it took me a moment to navigate the buzzer system and elevator, but once inside, the experience was well worth it. You can bring your own towel or rent one if needed. Our instructor, Bec, was warm and welcoming, and the class itself had a unique feel, even for someone who regularly practices yoga in Vancouver. Overall, it was a fantastic class in a beautiful space.

Really wonderful studio, very clean and bright place. The guy at the reception is very friendly, warm and kind, he gave me a tour the first time coming here. The teacher Roxanne is amazing and experienced. I am so glad I don’t need to bring my yoga mat and gears especially after work.
