Hands down the best on the GC. I’ve been to Adrian and Dan a few times to help me with my gaming PC. I gave them some really difficult components to fit into small cases, and amazingly they made it work. They have built two of my gaming PC’s, the second after having to move into a new case and add some extra components. Great guys, very knowledgeable and kind. Always end up chatting to them which is a pleasure. Will always use and recommend these guys for anything PC related. 10/10. Shoutout to Sam as well for being a master builder too!

I have used the services of One Stop IT on a few occassions and have always found them to be excellent in providing a solution to the problem. I have also found that there is no issue in contacting them for a little advice. As a bonus, their pricing is very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending One Stop IT.

A well deserved 5 stars. I turned up with an uncommon device and the owner and technicians here put in a great effort to get it going, the owner himself even flew to hong kong to find parts and had a specialist in melbourne fix a crucial component. Will update with photos when i pick up the device.

Adrian and his colleague go above and beyond to deliver not just top notch repairs but also amazing customer service and relations. Brought my fried laptop in and they had it up and running when I came back the next day after 1pm. They even made sure to give me a rundown of what issues had been fixed, how they occurred in the first place, clear instructions for aftercare to prevent having to come back too often 😂 maintenance I can and should do going forward as well as in-depth sharing of their vast knowledge to my ultimate benefit. Absolutely outstanding, I can only recommend that if you have a device that needs looking at you should definitely come see them. I even witnessed a few elderly customers come in and the genuine care and patience displayed tore at my heartstrings (background in elderly care). I rely on public transport and they are conveniently based a couple blocks from Pacfair and Broadbeach South Tram Station. Didn't break my pocket and I felt so taken care of, as someone who works in the service industry and barely knows jack about electronics this experience couldn't have gone any better. Know that they will look after you and your devices. And once you've given them a chance I know you'll feel the same as me and start recommending them to all your friends and family.

WOW! I am so so thankful for Daniel for being so helpful. He went above and beyond. I arrived at the store's opening time with a laptop that wouldn't turn on after an update and by 2pm Daniel not only had my laptop back up and running, he had it running even better than before. He took the time to walk me through ways I could save myself time and money if this happened again (back ups etc) and different settings and apps that will help me keep track of my laptop's performance. I left not only able to return to work that afternoon (Daniel really helped me out as a self-employed work-from-home) but with a far larger understanding than I had previously had, empowering me with tech knowledge that would usually make me dizzy. All of this, plus Daniel was the kindest and most thoughtful person that made the whole thing seem like no bother to him at all on what was an incredibly stressful day for me. I have been telling everyone I know to use this company should they need it, and if I ever need to again I know where I will go. Thank you so much Daniel!
