I'm honestly disappointed with the result and the high price... The shape, size, and application were all excellent. It's a shame I had to use this service.

I'd been going to this salon for a while, and generally, it was okay. I always found the prices a bit high for the quality, but the staff was usually very friendly, which made up for it. However, today my experience was truly disappointing. I had shown them a photo as a reference, and the final result didn't look anything like what I had asked for. The design was really poorly executed. In addition, for a refill, I was charged an extra $5 for the length, even though it's my usual length and I've never been charged for it before. I wasn't warned beforehand; I only found out when I went to pay. When I asked questions, they insisted, and I ended up paying despite my dissatisfaction. The result was so disappointing that I had to go to another salon the same day to have my nails redone (color and design). In the end, I paid $100 for a refill that was originally $45, and I couldn't even keep it. Very disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Excellent customer service. Attentive staff. I showed up without an appointment and was warmly welcomed. Throughout the treatment, the attendant, Jessico, regularly asked if I was experiencing any pain or if I was satisfied. Before each step, he asked for my approval. He engaged in continuous conversation with me and had a great sense of humor. The conversation was pleasant yet professional. I found the atmosphere very pleasant. Everyone entering or leaving the salon was greeted by Jessico. The clientele on this Wednesday evening consisted of regulars, as he often addressed clients by their first names. There were nine employees on the floor, including four men. I found the prices very reasonable. And I have beautiful nails tonight! In short, a very positive experience. I will be back.
