My one-year-and-six-month-old Goldendoodle had a lot of hair, so I decided to take her for a haircut. I didn't know where to go, so I did some research and found Onyva Dog Spa, and it was the best decision I've ever made! They were super professional, the environment was super clean, and I drove an hour and a half from Martha's Vineyard. I don't regret it at all; I recommend it 100%. They made my beautiful girl look gorgeous and smell amazing!

We used to go to Onyva all the time when my doodle was just a puppy, but they charged over $200 for a puppy trim and didn’t even finish the job. There was one visit that made us give up completely. As always, I brushed him thoroughly before dropping him off. After two hours of waiting, they brought my dog out NOT washed, NOT groomed, and NOT fully de-matted, yet still charged us the full price. They claimed my puppy was “severely matted,” which was simply not true. As new dog parents at the time, we doubted ourselves, paid, and left—but we never went back. What’s worse, my dog still reacts when I touch the areas where they tried to de-mat him. I know this because I’ve been grooming him myself ever since, and honestly, he looks better than he ever did after going there. If you’re looking for a truly good groomer, I highly recommend Presley at Red Dog. She’s hard to book, but absolutely worth it and far better than our experience here.
