I have been using Orkin for about 7 years for my every other month service. Edwin is my regular pest control technician and he always seems very thorough. If I ever notice a bug or rodent issue between services, I call and they come right out. I also like the text reminders the day before my service, as well as when the technician is on the way.

Their overall service has deteriorated tremendously over the years. I finally cancelled my services this month after being told I couldn’t until I did a final service (which again have been inefficient). Their management is horrible and their techs although so sweet change practically every other month. Find a smaller company that can truly treat you with care and attention.

Called late last night for pest control treatment and was able to get an appointment today. The gal who set up my appointment, Destiny, was sooooooo polite and understanding. Upon my appointment date I was blessed to have Adrian “Jesus” come out as my technician. He truly was a gentleman. Did not rush me with all the questions I had and he did a thorough job. I’m happy I signed up for an annual plan and look forward to maintenance treatment throughout the year. Thank you so much Orkin for making this bad experience into a more pleasant experience with your professional staff.

I don’t know Orkin company’s E-mail,so I can only send it here. Dear Orkin Team, I am writing to share my positive experience with your technician, Myles, who provided service at my home today. My appointment was scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., but he thoughtfully sent me a text in advance and arrived at 9:25 a.m. I really appreciate this kind of professional attitude. During his work, I observed that he was more thorough, attentive, and responsible than any of the previous staff who have visited. His attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. I am sending this email to let your company know how impressed I am with his service, and I hope Orkin receives more customer feedback and recognition like this. I also sincerely hope that Myles can be acknowledged and rewarded for his excellent work. Thank you again for providing such outstanding service.

8 months ago I gave Orkin 5 stars. My original technician was awesome. Unfortunately he moved. Orkin never contacted me to let me know my technician changed. Since the change the service has been spotty at best. Technicians have come and spent less than 10 minutes at the house. The main reason I started service was my wife hate spiders and spider webs. Well right now my house looks like it’s decorated for Halloween. Today the Orkin technician showed up without calling. I have told Orkin to have the technician call me so I can put my dog inside. Also Orkin was supposed to come on Wednesdays when we are home. So I took the day off work. Only to have the Orkin technician leave. I saw his truck and put my dog inside. Went back out and he was gone. I called the Orkin main line and asked for a manager. The manager wasn’t available so they said he/she would call me back. No one called me back. I guess Orkin doesn’t care. So I canceled my service. Please note I am a Director of Facilities for a Bio company and use Orkin Professional service a different division. They are great. Orkin home service is very poor. The photos I attached represent only a fraction of the webs at my house. Some are not easily photographed. Orkin you should be ashamed of yourself. Orkin look at the pictures and tell me that's the kinda service you provide.
