This is review is for the Sun Lakes location ( Alma School / Chandler Heights). Over the last 10 years I've had PT at 3 different Ortho AZ locations in East Valley. Jordan and his team at Sun Lakes are so much better than the other locations, I'm so glad I came to this location. At the other locations you can feel like they are going through the motions, your just another $, there is nothing authentic. At Sun Lakes they take the time to get to know you, get updated each visit on how your doing, they push you, and you work directly with a trainer every time, not once every few weeks. The other locations should come see how this place is managed, much much better.

Had pain in my shoulder/neck area and physical therapy was recommended by my doctor. I was nervous because I had never been to physical therapy and wasn't sure what to expect. Justin Westbrook was so helpful and guided me through different exercises to strengthen my muscles as well as dry needling. I am so incredibly grateful for his help as well as the staff at OrthoArizona. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel so much better! And now I have exercises to utilize at home to keep me in better shape. Thank you Justin and OrthoArizona!

This is my first time ever needing PT and wasn’t sure what to expect after shoulder surgery. It took all of a minute after meeting Justin to realize I was good, experienced and caring hands. Justin has a friendly, natural ease about him that immediately makes you feel comfortable. I have complete trust in Justin’s experience and recommendations, couldn’t be happier.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan Chandler. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Jordan Chandler took the time to really listen to me. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The care I received was thorough and professional, and I left feeling confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend Jordan Chandler to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy doctor.

He and his assistants have been an Excellent PT associates. Thoroughly explains and monitors exercises and routines. Pays close attention to clients needs and goals. Resulting in positive results. I’m extremely satisfied with all of my treatments. Experienced excellent results. And I am now ready and stronger to continue my daily routines and exercises on my own. Thank you ORTHOAZ and Justin.
