Wonderful and competent care during recovery from shoulder replacement surgery. Alondra and all staff are goal-oriented in guiding patients through therapy. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with physical therapy. I appreciated the insight and attentiveness that Alandra and her team delivered. I worked with her for six months, twice a week on an ankle/foot injury. While some sessions were packed houses I never once felt overlooked or in the background. On the contrary Alandra was always engaged and pushed me to new limits. She promised me by the end of everything I would be able to run again, and she kept that promise. I would recommend her to anyone serious about their recovery. If you can put in the work, she can get you there.

I was in constant pain from my sciatica along my right side since November 2024. I sought help from the Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OPT) in San Antonio. I met with the wonderful staff and was treated by P.T., Alandra Lancaster. She evaluated my mobility, or lack thereof, and worked on my right side, pointing out the cause of my pain as severe stiffness in my back and right hip. After the evaluation, Alandra showed me various stretches and exercises to relieve the pain. I returned home to El Paso and continued the daily stretches and exercises. Alandra sent me a link to a personalized therapy routine to assist with my healing. That was two weeks ago, and I now have great relief from that sciatica pain. The pain level has dropped from 100% to less than 10% and continues to improve. My quality of life has returned! Thank you, Alandra and the OPT team.

This team is awesome, they listen to your concerns and develop a plan based on your feedback. Working with them has been the most effective physical therapy I've had since my injury 10 years ago. I would recommend them even if they're not the closest to where you live, they're worth the drive. They're nice people who are good at what they do.

I was referred to Orthopedic Physical Therapy: San Antonio for pain in my right arm. I’ve always been pretty active, but the discomfort had me holding back from exercising and playing tennis like I used to. After just a couple of sessions with Alandra and her team, I felt instant relief. It’s been almost four months now, and I’m still pain free! I’ve stuck with the exercises they gave me and honestly feel better than ever. Big thanks to Alandra and everyone at the office, they were awesome to work with and really helped me get back to feeling good.
