I'm adding the happy hour menu because you can't find it any where. We love the bento box, the sushi is the best in the area, hibachi rice is good (7 out of 10), the hibachi noodle is good. The ginger dressing is 10 out of 10. Perfectly balanced flavor. Goyza is really good not from a frozen box. The tempura broccoli is so good!! Go for happy hour and sample everything
🚨 Muslims and Arab customers: DO NOT eat here. Avoid this place. Our experience at Osaka Hibachi was not just bad service, it was hostile, dismissive, and felt clearly targeted. Our server took our order incorrectly. When we calmly pointed out the mistake, the chef argued with us and showed visible anger instead of fixing it. The server then returned and blamed us for the error, offering no real solution. Within less than 10 minutes, staff brought us to-go boxes without us asking, while other customers around us were allowed to stay, eat, and enjoy their meals. We were the only table treated this way. When we asked why we were being rushed and treated differently, staff refused to answer directly and gave unrelated excuses to avoid accountability. When the manager came over, she was even more disrespectful. She mocked our concerns with comments like, “Do you want a free meal?” or “Do you want us to fire the waitress?” instead of addressing the discriminatory treatment we were pointing out. At no point did anyone apologize or try to correct the situation. Instead, we were talked down to, dismissed, and made to feel unwelcome. The overall behavior strongly suggested bias and a lack of respect toward us as Muslim/Arab customers. This was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve had. If you value dignity and fair treatment, stay away from this restaurant.
Really top quality Hibachi, in Sachse of all places. The benefit to the location is the prices. Filet and Shrimp $40. Don't forget all hibachi comes with soup and salad and veggies and rice. And the portions are large. All three of us went home with food. A King and Queen (9oz filet, Lobster, Shrimp and Sea Bass for 2) and a Geisha (Shrimp, filet and chicken) two appetisers and two drinks, $200. Our chef was a riot of fun and we plan to return. This was our second visit and the location is clean, well-staffed and service is high quality. 3 for atmosphere mostly due to the wailing kids and the cramped hibachi tables (food had to be passed through customers through more customers as there wasn't any room for the waiter. But this is a quibble.
The food is amazing. The service and experience at the hibachi tables is outstanding and always a great time. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The sushi is amazing here!
12/02/24: First visit. My wife and I decided to try this place out. The restaurant is very nice and spacious. There were grill areas for large and small parties. There was also an area with tables and a bar area. The restaurant was very clean. It was pretty busy when we arrived, and we were seated in a hibachi area for a party of eight. There were two other families in our area, and we had a good time. The food was great, and the cook was fun. The fried rice was really good, and everything else was cooked to perfection. The draft Japanese beer was good and cold, and the blueberry Mule was good. Easy to find and plenty of parking outside. We will definitely return! 2/25/25: Party of four. We went for theHibachi Lunch, since their menu stated that lunch was Mon-Fri from 11am-2:30pm. We were advised when we entered that the hibachi tables shut down at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:39pm. She told us that we could sit in the dining room and order from the lunch menu, to include the Hibachi Lunch. We were disappointed, since two in our party were celebrating birthdays and were from out of state. Although we wanted them to experience actual hibachi dining, we decided to stay and have lunch. Alexis was our hostess, and she was great. Each of us ordered from the Hibachi Lunch menu. She brought the soups and salads out first, and it didn't take long for our food to arrive. Everyone was pleased with their order. It wasn't very busy, and the service was great. Although we didn't get the full hibachi experience, we had a good time!
