Unfortunately they don’t honor the business hours listed on google. I went there about 30 mins before closing and they were closed, attempted to go in the morning around 9:45am and they weren’t open then either.

Oscar has excellent customer service! I came in with my wife for a watch repair and he fixed it in 10 seconds FREE of charge. Sweet guy, clean and welcoming environment.

Great experience as I not only received assistance but a wealth of information as it pertains to my Citizen watches. Might I add NO CHARGE, which is rare these days. Always a great experience as I've purchased earrings, had jewelry cleaned, and watch adjustments. Gratitude ✊🏽

Amazing customer service everyone there was very helpful. I bought a beautiful ring to surprise my partner the owner and employees were very great at helping me pick out a perfect one. He was very kind and did everything he could to get me the perfect one. I cannot thank you guys enough for making my day just as much more special with this beautiful ring.
