Probably the worst dining experience we’ve had. On top of having to ask for the basic table necessities 3 times, and water for our children. Our drinks took 30 mins to arrive. We waited 45 mins for a table, then we waited over an hour for our food. We are usually very patient and understanding people but the food was so bad it was inedible. The ribs were hard as rock and the wings were extremely salty. We had the food sent back, the wait time for anything to be remade was too long and we still ended up paying for it. The best they could do was ‘free appetiser card’ for next time. There will be no next time.

My wife and I went to have a quiet lunch, only to have loud music blasted at us, making it hard to have a conversation. We ordered drinks and the arrived promptly, without fault. My wife ordered the Calamari starter, and the steak salad and asked for both to be brought at the same time. The Calamari came very quickly, and was very good, however that was sent out long before our other food. We waited roughly 50 minutes for our main course, even though there were less than 10 occupied tables, we were some of the first customers of the day, as we got there at 12pm. I ordered the mixed grill which included a sirloin steak (asked for steak to be medium), pork ribs, grilled chicken breast, chips and slaw salad. My steak was burnt on one side and had not been grilled on the other, and was well and truly overcooked. The waiter was extremely apologetic and promptly took the steak back, however it seemed to be a regular occurrence as we overheard another table sending their food back. My chicken was dry, and the slaw salad was just as dry with no ranch, mayo ect. My pork ribs were edible, but unfortunately I've had better for cheaper. The chips were also over cooked, making them crispy to the point that most of the chips would break when poked with a fork. My steak eventually returned and was cooked as requested, but had not been seasoned at all. My wife's steak salad had a lot of old and soggy rocket leaves in, and the pear slices didn't look much better. She did find that the steak, was overcooked but surprisingly soft for its appearance. The hostess offered us $20 off the total bill, which still left the bill at $115 for the two of us (I had 2 beers, and my wife had one drink) this still seems very steep for below average food. Can't say we'll return any time soon.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant, and a big part of it was thanks to Phoebe. Her service was absolutely outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm from start to finish. She made us feel very welcome, was always checking in at the right moments, and gave great recommendations. You can tell she cares about her job and the customers!! 😊

Outback Steakhouse was great! The dining experience was perfect… and the food was too good. To start, one of the young girls (unfortunately don’t know her name) was very friendly and gave a compliment out! Super nice. 😊 Back to the food, they give out complimentary bread which was honestly quite tasty. Plus, the bloomin’ chicken meal was delicious. They can also serve fries with it, if you ask. What I loved about it was the sauce. Yummy and added flavour to the chicken 😋 Also, we had never tried a tomahawk before yet it was quite nice. A little chewy and fatty but that’s probably to be expected. Atmosphere wise? It was kind of a rustic feel, but cool nonetheless. Variety of seating options, too. Only one tiny issue - and it’s the price. Expensive, but I guess you pay for the quality. Overall though, Outback Steakhouse is worth it.

I was excited to have a early dinner here as this place looks so cool. Order some drinks and they were good! I ordered the grilled mix and I chose the medium rare for the steak. But I didn't think it was a medium rare when I tasted it, a bit disappointed with that and with the price. I also ordered a dish that was something deep fried onion, the batter was a bit too salty, so i couldn't finish it. Overall the environment was good!
