Moses pours his heart into his classes. You are pushed, you sweat!, you are given the opportunity to really sink into your body, into your breath. You are cared for. This studio and the entire OVRHL community is so much more than fitness classes. Every time you step in, you share in and connect to something sacred, something honest and of depth, of great feeling, of laughter and play. A really special place
