I really appreciated Paul squeezing me in on a chilly Saturday morning to do the vehicle safety systems inspection on my car because I was unfortunately slammed into on the freeway and my bb is now a salvage title. I had to wait two hours and the only thing needed to pass the inspection was a light bulb for one of my back lights. The inspection fee is $307 but if your car doesn’t pass, if you do the repairs with PAW they will waive the fee of the second inspection. I was glad to take my car here and so relieved my car passed the inspection. Thank you Paul and your staff for you great customer service and hard work!

Car broke down about two weeks ago and luckily I was close by the shop so the tow wasn’t too bad … about two weeks later car is driving like new! It’s pretty amazing Thank you once again to Paul and the gang at Pacific Auto! I feel so lucky to be one of their many loyal clients!!

I really enjoy working with Paul. I used to go there all the time when I had an old beat up vehicle and he helped me get it smog and it was convenient for me to pull over the other day and he was just getting ready to close any help me out with the smog test I really appreciate it. !

Very appreciative that they were upfront about prices when we took our camper van in for a safety check. They could have charged us an initial fee but right away they explained our vehicle would not pass an inspection without new tires and replaced side mirror.
