We were in town for a convention neesing some last-minute prints and Pacific Printing came through big time! The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Everything was printed perfectly with zero issues and super fast turnaround. Highly recommended for anyone needing a speedy, reliable print job!

Frank and the team at Pacific Printing did an excellent job on my project, even giving me a heads-up about an error I'd made in the layout file. They are reasonably-priced, detail-oriented, and great to work with.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which added to the frustration. The ambiance was also not well-maintained, with tables left dirty for too long. I hope the management takes steps to improve the service, train the staff, and ensure food quality and timely preparation. I needed some flyers for a show in San Jose really quickly and the team here did an awesome job. They had them ready 90 minutes later. Great quality and friendly staff!
These guys give great service. They can do giant national jobs and tiny little neighborhood jobs. They're a union shop so they pay their workers a living wage, and they do have some of the coolest print equipment I've ever seen.
