I been here many times. Today was our wedding anniversary so we chose to celebrate here. First we had to wait 30 mins. I saw plenty of tables. But waited. Took a while for our server to arrive. Placed the entire order in one shot. Well seems like he forgot the note where we had the drinks and food noted. Oysters arrived. No plate. Drinks never came. Fries for my 3 year old never came. Till a manager addressed my concerns. Finally the fries arrived Drinks arrived. Sushi arrived. Server not once came back to ask if everything was find or needed anything else. Now have to plan a do over on my wedding anniversary this week We just paid our bill and left. I really love this place. But today pacific was note up to par. PS. Wife said they had no TP in the women’s bathroom.

Been here several times. Every time it's gone amazing and the food has been great with outstanding service. I accidentally ordered lobster roll thinking it was an actual roll with bread and the manager was kind enough to let me keep the sushi roll order AND got me the roll that I thought I ordered originally! Best service and atmosphere in Irving!

This is one of our favorite spots and we come here often. It's typically very busy since it's by the water. Today, we had the pleasure of having Kenya as our server. She is truly the best server we've ever had. She was so friendly, attentive, and stepped in to serve us when the restaurant was packed. Our drinks were always full and she gave us the best service. Kenya was so warm and kind. She is a gem to this already great establishment!! She made us laugh so many times and was truly so wonderful! I can't compliment her enough.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered the clam chowder, and it was extremely salty - almost inedible. The bread that came with it was burnt, which didn’t help at all. The fries were soggy and lacked any crispness. As for the fish and shrimp, they were just okay - nothing special. Overall, I wouldn’t come back.
