Would not recommend, they discharged my husband out of nowhere with no contact about it, no phone call. When I called and said he was ill for a week and could not come, no one cared to notate that i called and rescheduledamd labeled it as no show.... He had spine surgery for a terrible break and needed this therapy to get well, but they don't care. Go somewhere else if you can, you are just a number to them.

Receptionist in the front with arm tattoos is awfully rude she keeps telling people on the phone that they need to get put on hold because theres 4 callers ahead of them but then proceeded to gossip to her coworker in between calls and complaining about whoever sets her schedule mocking them and how they called her in morning to come in to work?? That's nobody else's business and we are not trying to hear that, she should be grateful she has a job and should try to do it better not to mention her grunting and sighing extremely loud and dramatically when she made movements or sat down, it was really uncomfortable and awkward and yea i came in 30 min before my appt and wasnt seen till about 48 min after appointment time.. didnt seem understaffed and there weren't too many patients at all, maybe me and two other people.

The physical therapist is great which is why I give it 2 stars. On the other had the rest of the staff spends their time between their cellphones and trying to watch the games on the TV instead of assisting patients. Not once have they watched me to see if I am doing things correctly or tell me how much to do either. I've been to physical therapy in other places with lots of guidance and support to get better. This is not the place. I would not recommend it unless they train the staff to focus on the patients or get new staff.
