They have taught me exercises using a yoga ball that doesn't stress my lower back & different positions using the stretchy band that still works out my muscles but doesn't leave me in pain. They are all great, caring, & patient. Wendy is a pleasure to talk with & goes above & beyond to work with getting insurance approval so that I don't have to hassle. 5 🌟 many times over!!! 👏
