The receptionists were so rude. They feel a burden to make new appointments. I wanted to make my dad’s appointment coz they are close to us. I felt like they were not interested. They hung up on me twice.

I have been taking my physical therapy for about 3 months the staff takes great care of me they have executed all the areas of pain that I had. When I address new areas of discomfort they listen and adjust to my needs. Zero Complaints!!! They are PHENOMENAL

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you by name as soon as you enter the facility. My complaint is the facility is extremely dirty. I was told the cleaning crew comes in twice a week. The cleaning crew needs to be fired and another cleaning crew be hired.
