The pizza shop is absolutely incredible — the kind of place that makes you excited the moment you step inside. The warm glow from the ovens, the smell of fresh dough and bubbling cheese, and the friendly voices behind the counter make it feel welcoming right away. Every slice tastes like it was made with real care: crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, with rich tomato sauce and perfectly melted mozzarella. People laugh, talk, and relax there, and it feels less like a restaurant and more like a favorite hangout spot you never get tired of visiting.

Probably the best pizza I've had in a long time. Everything tasted like it had attention to detail given to it. The crust tasted like it had been aged just like they do in Italy, and the toppings were cooked to perfection! 👌 Which is difficult considering we ordered a pizza with chicken on it and still, the chicken was tender, juicy, and very flavorful! On top of that, it was a wonderful value too! Absolutely loved my experience here!!

Not a 5 star restaurant, but a 5 star hole in the wall pizza place. Really great pizza; crust is not too crunchy and not too doughy. I had The Jimmy. It had just the right amount of ingredients. Next time I’m in the area I will come back.

Wow 🤩 the pizza is amazing so delicious crispy dough perfect the Alfredo pasta so delicious everything fresh Place clean and quite Service and staff are very professional Highly recommended

Fiancé has had great Palio’s experiences at other locations so we thought we’d try this one out. Luckily, the food turned out fine. However the restaurant is in embarrassing condition. The dining room was not busy but the only unoccupied tables were dirty. Dishes were removed after I said something but no tables were ever wiped down. The handheld menus available were grimey. We were charged 2.50 for a drink when the menu clearly says 1.99. (It’s not the price but the principle.) Then the bev station only had about half of the sodas actually available. There was no silverware available in the station where it was displayed to be stocked. The salads in the display were wilting and gross. This restaurant needs to get the dining room in order, I would be embarrassed to own or manage this restaurant or even work there. We almost walked out without ordering. For these reasons I would not recommend or be back to this one.
