Not impressed at all! Took my dog back after not going for a while (thought I would give it another chance) and I will not be going back! $90 for my little 10lb dog, and the cut was awful. Lots of hair left on her sanitary areas and ears. She cut down to the skin on her chest. My mom also took her dog along with mine and she will also not be going back. Shouldn't cost nearly $100 when I have to touch up my dog afterwards. Absolutely ridiculous!

They are the best my Chihuahua Ty loves Alisa. He never likes getting his nail cut, but her kind and loving demeanour make him feel so safe and comfortable. Since I found this place 6 years ago I never take him anywhere where else. They are also very accommodating and really care about your pets. Love this place for my furbaby.

This place was recommended to me as we were looking to find someone who might groom a dog with mobility issues. Reached out to Trixie by email. What a rude woman she is! Her response was just “we aren’t accepting new clients”. Gee, thanks. My dog passed away the day before so we were no longer in need… but what a heartless person. No thanks!
