If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I took our teacup yorkie here and they said they were very knowledgeable with her breed. When I picked her up she proceeded to tell me “oh no looks like she has a hot spot” so I was worried and took her to the vet! Only to find out nooooo they must have slipped with the razor 😳 then upon further examination of our poor sweet girl they shave her eyes right down to the skin!!! I ended up getting my money back and was asked not to leave a bad review… but seriously after reading all these fake reviews my stomach turns!!! Thank god my original groomer is back!!

Amazing team and first time with Pawz! Will definitely book again! Another job well done with wash, clean up and scissor cut only. Bailey looks fantastic…..and we were able to get a 9am Sunday appointment as a bonus. Well done!

I took Shiro to this store for his grooming and the result was amazing! The haircut was done perfect per my expectations and so were the nails and paws! Most delightful thing was how comfortable they made Shiro during the whole process (he is usually quite an excited pup) I will definitely bring him back to the same store for his next appointment Kudos to the whole team!!!

We brought our almost 1 year old golden to Pawz for his first professional groom. I received nothing but exceptional service when I walked in the door. He’s used to baths, brushing, and everything, but we were still worried about how he was going to behave. When we went to pick him up he was super happy and the employees were raving and praising how well behaved he was. My biggest concern about finding a grooming salon for my pup was no crates. I have heard horror stories about dogs being put in a crate with a dryer on them. This salon didn’t have a single crate in sight. I will be bringing him back 100%.

The staff here at Pawz Pet Grooming did a great job with my Rambo. He is a very anxious pup and bites, especially with grooming but they did so well with his cut and I can tell he was properly taken care of. I’d really recommend this place to anyone and would certainly come back again. plus his cute little bow !!
