Love The Modern Dog! The staff are so friendly and caring. I've been taking my dog here for about a year and she loves it! It took her a while to warm up to it but now she has made several doggie friends and enjoys going. I know she is in a safe, secure facility with experienced staff.

This business seems popular and as a resident of the downtown area I see a lot of customers coming and going with some very happy dogs! My issue is as a result I also see a lot of dog poop on the street, in the parking areas, on the sidewalk. Is there anyway for you to promote better pick up with your customers? Free poop bags? Signage? I’m a dog owner myself and it seems quite lazy and disrespectful to leave poop on a busy sidewalk and parking lot.

I have been taking my Senior Shepherd Baloo once a week to The Modern Dog and he always comes happy after a full day there. I am very impressed with the organization, the commitment to care about the dogs, and the detail-oriented staff. When I ask the staff for a feed back, to give Baloo his treat at noon, or when I ask for a short walk, everything goes well. I recommend this place to anybody who wants to have his/her pet entertained and supervised when needed.

We love taking our dog to the Modern Dog. The staff do a great job with all of the dogs and she really gets our moneys worth playing ball for the entire day. She comes home happy and sleepy. Whenever there has been any little incident (a broken nail, etc.) the staff have called us right away and updated us and taken such great care of our dog, we know she is in great hands at the Modern Dog.
