Mr. Flores and Mr. Salazar are awesome instructors! They teach the kids the fundamentals and develop them. They have a GREAT balance of taking care of their r wellbeing and also challenging them. I highly recommend being your kids and family to learn martial at PO1.

The Power of One Martial Arts is fantastic and has helped our daughter Helena gain confidence, power, and poise! Everyone there is kind and open. We’re a gay family and it is an affirming space where we always feel safe and valued. Heck, our daughter loves it so much that my husband and are are gonna start taking lessons soon too!
