Reached out to Monica for chairs very close to the wedding and she was able to provide us with great pricing for delivery, setup and pickup. On the day of the wedding they arrived ahead of schedule setup the chairs quickly and efficiently the bride and groom was very satisfied as she accomplished what they thought was impossible. Once the wedding ceremony ended I sent a text and Monica arrived within a couple of minutes and quickly picked up the chairs. If I could give this company a higher rating I would. I would recommend them to everyone. The pricing is the best the service is the best and the customer service is absolutely amazing. I received 2 calls to confirm what we expected one prior to setup and another when Monica advised they arrived early. Thank you Monica for such amazing service.

Monica at Party JAM Rental was excellent to work with! We requested flexibility on delivery and Monica was very accommodating. We rented plastic folding chairs to use as seating for audience members. Chairs were delivered and picked up as scheduled. The delivery driver, Juan, was efficient and professional.

Monica and Juan are the best! Super easy to work with. Better prices than competitors. My wife is an artist and is very color-oriented and getting our wedding linen colors just right was really important to her. Monica set up an appointment for us at the showroom and then graciously gave us as much time as we needed to view various combinations of linen colors, take them outside to view them in the light, etc. She was able to accommodate when we wanted to make last minute changes in our rental order. When they made the delivery, they drove the truck down a tricky easement road to get the equipment to where it needed to be in the backyard so we didn't have to haul it ourselves. And then on pickup day, they gave us 4 extra hours to get the stuff together. Those were 4 extra hours we got to spend partying late into the night! And I tell you now, those hours were priceless!
