The reservation process was seamless. I liked the confirmation I received by email. The equipment was delivered early. I would suggest that the company supplies hand carts for their deliveries to transport equipment more efficiently. Would save the delivery staff time and effort on the job. I would use Sac Jumps again.

They showed up when they said they would, super easy to work with, and the Pirate Ship combo bounce was so fun! The kids had a blast. I would recommend and will use them again. Rodrigo sent me a text that he was on his way to pickup and had no problem loading it up. Great service!

Great service and great bounce house! Ordered the double lane Dino bounce house with slide and the kids loved it. They bounced on it right up until it was time to get it picked up. Rodrigo was our delivery driver and he was super nice, friendly, communicative (before and after delivery) and very accommodating when we were deciding where to set it up! Would book them again in the future!

We have used Sacramento Party Jumps for 5 years for our schools field day. We order roughly 4-6 jumpers/water slides every year. We have had issues that have came up, not at Sacramento Party Jumps fault (This has only been on two occasions), and they have made it right every single time. Their office staff is always so nice, and they are so accommodating. Their online ordering platform is also so easy to use, and book for the event. Their delivery drivers call a day before the event to confirm their delivery for the next day, and they are always professional and have excellent customer service. We appreciate Sacramento Party Jumps for always helping make our events successful and we will continue to use them for years to come!
