The communication throughout each visit was such a valued part of working with Janeé and her team — I absolutely loved receiving pictures/videos and recaps of the visit that showed how our pets were doing. Passion Pet Care provided fantastic care for our dog & cat while we were away. They are prompt, professional, and friendly. Jaqueline & Donna ensured that our dog took her medicine, got plenty of outside playtime, and had fresh water & food. They provided excellent reports with plenty of photos for each visit. They also ensured that our cat had fresh food & water, a clean litterbox, and plenty of playtime. They took in the mail and rolled the trash bins in from the curb. Knowing that our pets were getting such great care while we were away was fantastic. Janeé runs her company very well..

I was so impressed with Passion Pet Care! We have an older pup who needs seizure medicine given in a small window and they went above and beyond to make sure she got it on time each sit. While we were gone, one pup struggled with some anxiety and the sitters were so flexible with us changing his medicine and dosage between sits. They even looked for a prescription we hadn’t left out. I loved getting the picture updates and detailed notes after each visit. I can’t wait to use them again!

They went above and beyond 😊 They met my pets beforehand, asked all the right questions, and kept me updated after every visit with detailed messages and lots of pictures. It felt like my pets (two dogs and two cats) were genuinely cared for, and I could tell they were happy and safe. I’m so relieved - and excited to have a go-to pet sitter!

Highly recommend Passion pet care services!! Our dog is super shy and Janeé did not give up on her and they were best friends at the end! Very reliable, she came three times a day and her communication was exceptional! The app you use is awesome too since you get updates with pictures 🥰 which I love! It was an overall great experience! We will definitely be using passion pet care services in the future!
