I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Patrick’s Roofing was so noteworthy that I really want to share it. It’s a little odd, because I’m writing to brag on the fact that he did NOT sell me a roof, even though the insurance company that recommended him had sent an inspector that said I needed an entire roof replacement (which has triggered them to cancel my policy). Patrick thoroughly inspected my roof himself (after arriving exactly when he said he would) and after finding NO need to replace the roof, offered to stay and talk to the insurance representative on the phone and wrote out a detailed, comprehensive explanation for me to email to Allstate. He also offered to come BACK and meet with the previous inspector (the one who said I needed an entire roof replacement) to have him point out what had prompted that decision. He could easily have simply echoed what the original inspector said, and walked away with a signed contract, but he didn’t. He also could have simply left after sharing his findings with me (I know he had a busy schedule for the day), but he acted like helping me resolve this was the only thing he had to do. It’s sad that his honesty, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile to help when he wasn’t getting paid a cent is so shocking. The world needs more people like him!

Patrick (Owner) is very much involved into daily operations of the Family owned business. He and his entire Team from Project Management to the actual Installers are very Professional, Courteous, and more importantly Customer Satisfaction driven. Patrick been my Roofer since I bought my first home in 2002. Patrick started his Business with him only working my neighborhood and now after 23yrs he has Teams, yet he continues to get his hands dirty being in the roof, running parts, etc. Always fair on his pricing and always fair on Warranty claims. Essentially no hassle/pushback when it comes to Warranty Claims. Patrick's actions (along with his Teams) clearly portray the importance of Customer Satisfaction regarding their services.

This is the best by far company I have ever worked with. Patrick, the owner, takes great pride in his work and customer service. He went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs. The crew was very accommodating and professional as well. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete and left my house and roof looking beautiful. If you want to work with a company that truly does go above and beyond, I highly recommend Patrick's Roofing.

Patrick's roofing was the mid-priced quote of the several that I solicited. The quality of the CertainTeed product that they used and their 25-year track record without complaints in the better Business bureau sold me on their company. The crew was professional, thorough, and fast. They did a fantastic job roofing my house and the cleanup was amazing. The owner, Patrick, did inspection of my attic to avoid problems, checked in with me several times during the project, and did a walk around of the house and yard after the crew left to make sure they hadn't missed anything. Great company, great work!

We cannot say enough good things about Patrick's Roofing. Awesome communication, very detailed explanation of service, great quality roofing material, honesty with tons of integrity and a awesome work crew that does an excellent job for the installation and cleanup. Patrick made the process easy by explaining what to expect from the insurance company from start to finish and was really good at returning calls. Thank you to Patrick's roofing and his outstanding team!
