I had a great experience working with Donny, he was super friendly, quick to respond and VERY HELPFUL! He helped me submit a claim on my roof through insurance, was able to answer all of my questions & provided multiple options with quotes to match those options as well!

These guys are awesome!! We just got our roof done and Karma S. Provided top notch service! He explained the processes thoroughly and even took time to go to my neighbors house to let them know when the install would take place and what to expect. He was very diligent in his work and he actually CARED about our experience as the homeowner as well as the quality of the job that was completed. If you are looking for a roof replacement you HAVE to use Karma with Priority Roofing! I cannot recommend him enough! Awesome, awesome job!!!

Our hail claim with Allstate was initially denied, even though there was visible damage. After weeks of back-and-forth, we noticed a Priority Roofing sign in our neighborhood and decided to call. It ended up being the best decision we could have made. From the moment Francy came out, she was thorough, detailed, and completely honest. She documented the hail damage clearly and met with Allstate’s new adjuster, working together professionally to reach an accurate agreement that ultimately resulted in coverage for our roof, gutters, and personal items. She kept us updated every step of the way. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and smart Francy is in her field. Her roofing expertise shows instantly, she explained things in a way that made sense, identified legitimate damage, and never tried to stretch the truth. She even pointed out animal damage that wasn’t covered and offered affordable repair solutions instead of trying to push anything improper through insurance. As a former property insurance adjuster myself, I’m typically skeptical of both contractors and carriers, but Priority Roofing truly advocated for us and made the process painless. The roof replacement was fast, clean, and high-quality. The crew was respectful, careful with our home, and extremely flexible with our busy schedule. Again, Francy kept us informed the entire time. I highly recommend Priority Roofing. Francy is knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely amazing—and the entire team brought honesty and integrity to the process.

My experience with Hannah and Priority Roofing was great. We were able to get my claim handled in record time. She was able to alleviate all the concerns I had with previous claims from another roofing company and she is someone who focuses on attention to detail. Vetting extremely successful Emmanuel arguably the best representative of Priority Roofing from my recent experience as an extremely satisfied customer. After a massive storm in my area, I was flooded with contractors knocking at my door to provide estimates. As a retired salesman, l had to make some decisions about hiring a contractor to manage my many repairs resulting from the storm. With a contractor your experience could be good, bad or in my case extremely exceptional. My goal was to have a thorough vetting process before allowing any contractor to service my property . First , I contacted the BBB which had a positive review on Priority Roofing. Secondly, I read as many reviews that were recorded to determine the positives and negatives of the company and the representatives. Thirdly but most importantly, I vetted my representative , Emmanuel, for his service, his honesty, his commitment, his communication skills, his sub contractor’s efficiency and his thoroughness would determine my experience with Priority Roofing.
