Ryan was very personable and explained the process and if I had any issues to give him a call back I explained the warranty. He was very thorough and he worked with my schedule. I would use Patton again for the future if needed.

I received great service from Tim! I was only in town for one day and called that morning for an appointment to have a termite inspection on my house that recently sold. Tim was out in 2 1/2 hours to accommodate my short visit to town! He did a great job with the inspection, educating me along the way! He was very personable and I am very happy with Patton Pest Control!

We had a flea situation and called Patton because of favorable reviews from our neighborhood fb page and Google reviews were excellent. Serena came out and treated both inside and outside and gave us so much valuable info on fleas both in house and on our dog. We had been unable to rid dog of fleas by using the vet recommended methods and the product she suggested worked in just a few hours and dog is now flea free. She explained that if we did not rid the dog of fleas, no matter how much exterminating was done, we would never get rid of the fleas. Very impressed with Serena and this company and we're so glad we called them.

They adhere to an older school model of having the same technician and we have Pete. He knows our house, understands our unique challenges and is very nice.
