I didn't want to wait for January 1st to start making moves! I went looking for someone to help me clarify my goals and build a real roadmap, and I am SO glad I found Paula. Her approach is truly personalized; she recognizes that every client has different needs and learning styles. If you need a coach who offers stimulating conversation but can also be firm and hold you accountable, Paula is the one. She provided the clarity and tools I was looking for to finally reach my objectives!

Paula is fantastic! In our career counseling sessions, she listened to my goals and aims then had great ideas and assignments to help me move forward. I appreciated the online tests that she offers. They helped me explore my goals deeper and identify areas to focus on. Paula got right to the core of what I wanted to do and didn’t waste a minute of my time. Even now, with our official sessions done, Paula continues to go above and beyond. As opportunities come up, she connects me with contacts and opportunities that help my business continue to grow. I highly recommend working with her.
