I’ve been going to Paw Paradise for about a year. They used to be so great! Idk if they have new ownership or what is the deal. My dog came back botched all over and still stinky. This was by far the worst groom he has ever received. This is not a $200 groom whatsoever.

I had been traveling with my dog, when an unexpected family funeral came up in Omaha. I did some research on boarding in the area, and I read Paw Paradise’s excellent reviews. I called and spoke with Mike, who was super nice and very helpful. He said they had availability for the dates I needed. Having never boarded my dog before, I was nervous, but the staff did everything to alleviate my fears. Kayleigh greeted us kindly and showed me around the place. Clean, quiet, and what cute little rooms they have! She was so sweet with my little guy and let me know all the details of his stay, so I was able to drop and go with no worries. The special touch of texting me photos of Tommy enjoying his time there, made me so happy and really put me at ease. Mike was even kind to express condolences for the loss of my family member. How thoughtful! The whole experience was wonderful, especially considering this was Tommy’s first time boarding! If my pooch and I are ever back in the area, he will definitely come for another stay. Thank you, Paw Paradise!

They always do a wonderful job! My fur baby comes out smelling clean and looking like a new dog! They take note of your preferences and can tailor your dogs cut to your liking! I’ve never had a bad experience, there was one time I took my dog home and later realized he was a little uneven, I called and the owner herself got us in the following day to fix him up! Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! Here’s photos of 4 different fresh cuts all done at Paw Paradise!

It was about 2 years ago when Steavie was recommended to us by our dog trainer. I had been struggling to find a groomer who was able to work with my dog who is reactive, anxious, and has a bite history. Overall he was label a bad boy who needed prescription meds to be seen by any groomer. It got to the point where they would tell us he needed to be sedated just to be groomed. Steavie has been a miracle worker and I couldn't be more grateful! She is able to work with him and get him to trust her and be calm around her. She's been able to do things with him that I never thought was possible, like giving him a mullet and dying his hair blue. I recommend Steavie to anybody who is struggling with grooming or anybody who is just looking for a good groomer because she's the best!

I am so glad I found Paw Paradise and Steavie. I have a giant bernedoodle that loves snow and rolling in mud but does not appreciate bath time. After a bad experience trying to bathe him myself and then another bad experience at big store groomers we found Paw Paradise. Logan loves Steavie and she does an amazing job making him look his best. I’ve even boarded him there when I’ve had work trips and they took great care of him. The staff is friendly and professional and the dogs there are well loved.
