The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable. I brought my 8 month old puppy, who is very nervous around strangers, here for a nail trim on a split nail. They were very patient and accommodating for my guy. She did a great job on the nails, and will definitely be returning for future work.

This review would have to be coming from our almost 4 year old Havanese! We have been coming here since he was 6 months old. Our pup does not like car rides, but he is willing to get in if we tell him he is going for a haircut! He loves Charlene because he is always so excited to see her. As soon as we arrive he runs to the door tail wagging and all. He is always perfectly clipped and groomed and with a new themed bandana which he loves to show off. We try our best to brush our pup but he would rather run, roll and play with our 9 year old. We visit every 6 weeks and I often apologize as he looks like he's been playing with a 9 year old. She never makes us feel guilty for his knots or tangles, she always takes him happily and makes him even more handsome than when we dropped him off.

Stefano is AMAZING, he was caring and kind with my long haired cat (Nugget). She came home looking stunning! I was worried about leaving her, but felt 100% comfortable once I watched how they interacted with all the animals there!
