If you’re looking to sell, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. Apparently, for some reason, their business model requires all the items they buy in to be shipped somewhere before they can resell them, which severely limits what they’re willing to offer. The buyer focused almost entirely on how much shipping would cost him, leaving no room for a reasonable margin and ultimately declining to buy. He didn’t even power on the device or run any proper inspection before making a decision.. Overall, the process felt inefficient and not seller-friendly. The good news is we managed to sell the device on fb marketplace literally the same afternoon.

10 stars for Warren!! He’s always so nice, and gets you in and out quickly. I’ve sold a couple phones and a gaming system here, prices are fair and you get cash on the spot.

I sold some games, and it took three trips. On this first trip, I walked in with 10 games in and said, "Hey, I am looking to see what you would offer." I was offered an ok amount, not great, but it would be quicker to sell to you guys than to go through the process of selling online, and I need space. On the second trip, I came in with the original 10 plus a few more and was told to leave; they are not buying anything today. My third trip was a week later. Unfortunately, because of space and funds, I took a new lowballed offer that was 40% less than the initial offer, not including the other games that were added. Beware, if you sell to them, they might pull a fast one. Ask for an itemized list before you make the final list.

Paymore Bellevue sold me a "t mobile s24 fe" on ebay with a "30 day warranty" advertised. I was sent a metro pcs locked phone that someone had flashed t mobile firmware onto so while it would read a t mobile sim, it would lock you out and say "emergency calls only" after a few minutes and wifi calling would never work. I verified via t mobile byod that is is metro pcs locked and NOT compatible. They refused to let me return it or do anything even after repeatedly offering to send them the device myself and they refund me or send me a working one afterwards. They did not honor their warranty and did not show ANY integrity. Buyer beware.
