He was here for over 2 hours working to make sure that my PC was in working order. The changes that he made will help me be more efficient (especially creating a full desktop short cut for documents that were on the desktop and also for any new ones.) He also made sure my profile was working properly. I really appreciate him coming today. Thank you much!!!

Walked in and asked if they do laptop repair. Guy said no we only work with businesses and gave me no other recommendations. DO NOT go here to try and get your laptop repaired. Building is sketchy and confusing as well. Save yourself the time and bring your business elsewhere.

Hands down the best IT team I've ever worked with. Someone is always available when you call and the IT tickets are always responded to within 24 hours. Everyone I've always worked with is very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend using PC Doctor for your IT needs.

I couldn't get my laptop to turn on. I called and spoke with Jim who was very polite. I dropped off my laptop the same day and he called me within 2 hours that he had fixed it. I couldn't have been happier. Jim has excellent customer service skills and is very professional. I would definitely encourage anyone who has computer issues to call them.
