I dropped my laptop at the airport and it started making a crackling noise when in use. I brought it in and had Josh look at it, and it was thankfully only a broken piece of plastic in my fan. He cleaned it out and even freshened up my laptop as well for no cost. Him and the staff were very friendly with me when I called to explain how long I'd be in OKC and what they could do in that amount of time. If my computer ever has issues again while in town, I'll definitely be back!

Wow. All I can say is wow. I took my laptop in this morning with issues with the device shutting down anytime the lid was adjusted and he had it fixed in no time. Thank you, Josh. I definitely will be coming back if I need any other computer related services.

Called and spoke with Josh on an issue I was having with installing a new cpu, who then came in on a weekend and meticulously ironed out any other potential issue until we came to the solution. Josh is very knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions and walking me through the process. Would always recommend these folks for your PC needs

My laptop was placed to charge the night before my exam and in the morning when came to turn it on it kept rebooting and didn’t ever get to come on which was frustrating , it’s a Microsoft it said it was updating or something , I brought it to PC innovations and he didn’t even take too long to get back to functioning Amazing !!!!! I’m so grateful !!

These guys are fantastic! Great customer service. I had an hp laptop that was incredibly slow and they recommended some upgrades and now it acts like a brand new computer. Unbelievable really. Would highly recommend this place!
