Wow - you guys always take care of me. I came in for a routine oil change. Upon the following day there was a leak. I called, and instantly was told “come on in! We’ll make it right!” And I walked in, got the car racked up, and was taken care of. This is the first “issue” I’ve had here but it was taken care of in such a fantastic way, I wouldn’t even consider it a problem at all; nearly a minor inconvenience when it was all said and done. Being a person with Dwarfism, you guys have always taken care of me in the most incredible and respectful manner. I am so glad I found your shop so I can get my car work done without the anxiety that so often comes with it. I appreciate Phoenix Auto so much!
Phoenix: a person or thing regarded as uniquely remarkable in some respect. This is THE shop. the hidden gem of auto shops on the West Side of COS. I’m a new resident and yes I was lazy and took my car to a dealership for an oil change that turned into an expensive nightmare. I knew better and I knew from past experience that I needed to get my head out of the oven and find “THE shop”. The shop that is independent, small, clean with either 1-2 guys or a small team of incredible experience behind the curtain. The kind of mechanics that can hear, smell, feel or sense in their spirit what is wrong with your car before they even pull codes. The mechanics that tell you the truth and don’t waste your time or money. From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked up my car, I experienced remarkable professionalism , truth, Integrity, empathy and kindness. The reviews on this thread are all very real because Phoenix Auto repair is “THE Shop”. They gained another long term customer today. Thanks to Eric Romero and team…I’ll be back!
These guys are great! I noticed an oil leak, gave them a call, and they could see it same day. Turned out the dealership didn’t tighten the drain plug properly during my last oil change and it was close to falling completely out. They tightened it, topped off the oil, and ran it for a bit to ensure things were all set. I found them transparent and honest, which is not always easy to find now and days.
Phoenix offered upgraded rotors and brake pads for all four wheels and was able to get it done in a day which included ordering the parts, doing the service and then test driving it to ensure things worked properly. They provided transportation to and from, my home which is only 3 miles from their location and I did not have to use an Uber. As an older lady, they treated me with respect, and I felt comfortable discussing the options for my service. I will definitely continue being a loyal customer as my Subaru Outback is approaching 100,000 miles.
I was traveling through Colorado Springs when I had an issue with my truck, and after being turned away by four other shops, Phoenix Auto Repair stepped up. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had me back on the road within a few hours. Everyone there was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get home safely. Their pricing was very fair, and they even gave me a military discount. It’s rare to find a shop that treats you this well—professional, honest, and compassionate. I can’t recommend Phoenix Auto Repair highly enough. They truly went above and beyond.
