Enrique was on time, professional, easy to understand and friendly. His crew were efficient and hard working. Enrique communicated with me daily about the job’s progress and supplied photos daily as well. The price for getting the roof redone with Peak Builders was very fair. Roof needed much TLC after many years of creative solutions. We knew we had found the right team for our job when we met Bob as his expertise was apparent. I hired Peak Builders and Roofers to renovate my deck because it had started to crack and I was worried about water leaking beneath it. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Enrique, the lead project manager, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and on top of every detail. The whole team was professional, efficient, and unbelievably hardworking. They moved quickly without sacrificing quality and made every effort to finish the project before the rainy season. Along the way, a few necessary changes came up, and Peak handled them with total flexibility and zero stress. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say Peak Builders and Roofers are the best contractors I have ever worked with. I have had them come out 2 times now. The first was for a roof leak a year ago. Enrique came out and got an estimate and the repair done within 2 weeks. We have not had an issue since. Recently we had gutter installation and Enrique got me a quote that was way cheaper than leaf guard and without the sales tactics. Their work does the sales for them. I recommend them to my friends whenever some one brings up a roof issue.
I worked with Jonathan of Peak Builders & Roofers for my total roof replacement. He walked me through the quote, answered my questions through the project as well as potential change orders that may occur. They addressed areas of concern I had due to repairs from prior homeowners and the quote I received was better due to longer workmanship warranties. Overall we are happy with the quality and work done. Below is a before and after. They also handled the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels at a much more reasonable price per panel.
