Resilient Roofing came out and did a thorough inspection, including my dormer before bidding on the job. That thoroughness is what swayed me to choose them. Then my home was chosen at random for an Owens Corning inspection. The inspector recommended 4 more vents on the roof which Resilient did the very next day. Communication by Jose Vera and Arturo has been outstanding. Hector was also terrific with gutter removal and repair.

Everyone I interacted with in this company conducted themselves with the outmost respect and professionalism, from the crew that took the old roof out, to the crew that installed the new roof and office staff. I cannot stress this enough, which makes for a great experience. I was explained thoroughly of all steps of the project and I was appraised of the status of the project every step of the way. The crew members were very respectful of my property, and left their working areas clean. The shingles look great, and of high quality, installed with high-quality workmanship. I will recommend anyone to entrust this company with this important part of their home.

Awesome!!!! Had Resilient Roofing out to do a roof inspection in which a couple areas needed minor sealing - so now I’m ready for rain. They also noted that I needed an additional down spout in my rain gutters to prevent water from pooling. Came out installed and left things in better shape than they found them. Jose was awesome at scheduling and communication - 2 guys were here to install Hector and I’m not sure of the other - was not home, but things look great!!! Thanks Resilient Roofing - I highly recommend for any of your roofing/gutter and maintenance needs.

It was great working with TJ and Ford Roofing. Communication is a big factor for me when working with contractors. We setup our the project a month in advance and stayed on schedule. TJ kept us updated with any changes.
The crew is very professional and did nice job cleaning up around our house since replacing a roof can be a huge mess of nails. They worked quickly (started Monday and finished Wed) and I was very pleased with their work.
This was a solar panel project show photo shows the solar panel rails after the roof was done.

First and foremost, I want to thank Mike Winters and Logan B, who were the first point of contact when I discovered Resilient Roofing online. They provided a free estimate and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us understand every detail of the project. Initially, we had second thoughts because the price was more than we anticipated, but thanks to Logan's honesty, knowledge, and the trust my husband placed in him, we confidently decided to move forward with Resilient Roofing.
A special thank you to the project coordinators, Jose Vera and Jose Gonzalez, for doing a fantastic job keeping everything organized and making sure the project ran smoothly.
