great neighborhood gym! as a travel nurse, i need a gym that's clean, not super packed, and easy parking. this has all three! street parking isn't too bad usually. machines are clean and easy to use. only machine i have issues adjusting is the leg press, which i had a guy help me and even he struggled a little with it. it worked though, great gym!

I really like this gym! The equipment is clean, well taken care of, and never too crowded. Staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed, which is a nice contrast to other gyms. Would definitely recommend.

I really love this gym. I’ve been going consistently for a year and a half and I’m so glad that I joined. The locker rooms are always clean and tidy. The equipment is in great condition. Best of all, is the staff. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel welcome. I totally recommend Peak Performance!

I was already committed to getting some exercise back into my life—so I decided to try the neighborhood gym to see what they had to offer. Well, the kind, welcoming reception was enough to convince me. And then a I got a tour and was even more impressed. There’s that thing at some gyms where one feels out of place or awkward, but not at Peak Performance—I immediately felt at ease with the layout, the equipment, the classes offered, and the amenities. I was thoroughly charmed and invigorated. So, I paid for a whole year right then. Since I’ve been there and am into a routine, the sentiments remain. The crew, especially Mike, make me feel welcome and informed. The gym is perfect. And the sauna and showers are also great! Plus, the other gym members seem to have acquired the same attitudes—chill and friendly. Needless to say-I’m loving it. Thanks !

I've been a member at Peak Performance Gym for 3 years now. I started personal training sessions with Bryan in July, and I’m already feeling stronger and more motivated! He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really listens to what my goals are to make sure we're making the most out of each session. One of my favorite things about this place is that it’s right in my neighborhood and I can run to them gym and back home. The space is clean, well-equipped, and never feels overcrowded. Everyone, from the staff to the members, are so nice and polite! I've never had a bad experience here before.
