Been going to peak physio for the last 14 weeks due to an ankle injury. The clinic has great to deal with from start to finish & I couldn’t recommend Jed (physio therapist) enough. He has been super helpful and has played a massive part in my recovery.
I’d had elbow pain for over two months and nothing I tried was helping. Jason explained the issue clearly, was incredibly gentle with treatment, and taught me exactly what I needed to do to start healing properly. The taping and exercises he gave me made an immediate difference, my grip felt stronger straight away. Really appreciated his calm approach and practical advice. Highly recommend! I’ve been visiting Jason at Peak Physio regularly for two leg injuries I’ve sustained in the last 12 months. Jason is super friendly and knowledgeable. He’s explained the mechanics of the injuries thoroughly and simply which has helped me understand the mechanics of rehab. This has given a high degree of confidence in the assigned exercise and resulted in good progress. Separately, I’ve had to reschedule some appointments due to full on work schedule and stupid colds and Cheryl has made that effortless. I have a hunch she’s very much across the book, and is always courteous and professional. Peak Physio has my full recommendation! Also, on my last visit I saw attendees of an exercise group for older people, and the vibe was awesome - very friendly and relaxed and it felt like they had a good little community going. Very positive all round!
It was suggested I seek physiotherapy treatment following a fall causing significant back pain and limited mobility. Ashley at Peak Physio has been amazing. I have been attending Peak Physio at 7 Newcomen St for 7 weeks for a lower back injury. From the moment you step off the lift you can tell you are in a happy working environment. You'll be greeted by the lovely receptionist Cheryl. She is very welcoming, always happy, very accommodating to all that attend. Instantly puts you at ease. A great first impression. Great at her job. I've been seeing physiotherapist Jed Grant. From the get go he has been very switched on to my injury. He has a great understanding as to why the injury occurred and has been teaching me great exercises to alleviate pain as well as strengthening exercises to help prevent injury from reoccurring. His great knowledge and insight has been key to getting me back to full mobility. Would highly recommend them. 10/10..
