⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The perfect wedding venue — a true hidden gem! From the moment we drove down the stunning driveway to view the venue, we instantly knew it was the one. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience — from that very first viewing, to booking, and right through to our wedding day in July — was absolutely flawless. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jamie, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran so smoothly and effortlessly. On the day itself, nothing was ever too much trouble — Jamie was always there, making sure everyone was well looked after and that no one’s glass was ever empty! The whole team were kind, understanding, and so accommodating — always happy to make changes and quick to reply to every question or email. They truly made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. Our Disney-themed wedding couldn’t have felt more magical. From start to finish, the day felt like a real-life fairytale, and our guests were completely blown away by how beautiful and relaxing the venue was. So many commented on what a stunning and unique place it is — most had never heard of it before, and everyone agreed it’s a true hidden gem. We can’t thank Jamie and the team enough for making all our “happily ever after” dreams come true and giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. We can’t recommend Pencoed house enough - we had the best day of our lives. It was the most fun and stress-free experience from start to finish. The team we so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They executed our vision for how we wanted the day to be so perfectly and the venue is so gorgeous. We had our wedding at Pencoed House a couple of weeks ago (03.07.2025) and it was incredible. From start to finish the staff at Pencoed House Estate were so accomodating and made our big day extra special. Big shout outs to our Master of Service, Andrew for making our day run smoothly from all day, Jenna for putting up with my seemingly endless queries and to Darren for being truly amazing, showing us around on our intial visit and helping us out on future visits we had at the venue. You are all amazing and we cannot recommend you enough! Thank you!!
Where to start with this review?! From the first moment that Darren showed us around the estate we knew that this was the place we wanted to get married. Not only does it look like something out of a fairy tale but they also have incredible facilities, loads of on site accommodation and other practical considerations that many others venues did not have. However the real selling point is the staff. Everyone we met and spoke to, dealt with by email, or encountered on the day itself was friendly, professional, and willing to go beyond the extra mile to make our wedding day as memorable as possible. Everything was thought of, no question was too stupid, and the experience was flawlessly simple. The way that they arrange tasting sessions with the caterers made a special occasion of tasting our wedding food and wine, and the way that the catering staff and venue staff worked together was a dream. From the moment we dropped off our decor items the day before the wedding right up to the breakfast on the morning after we were helped every step of the way and made to feel like we were the only people who mattered, despite there being weddings on the day before and after ours. In particular Jamie and Andrew, who was our master of ceremonies in the day, were fantastic and could not have done any more for us. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our day absolutely perfect.
Pencoed House Estate is a dream venue for any wedding photographer!
