Performance has 5 star reviews for good reason. The insurance company totaled our car. We brought it to Angelica and Performance who said it was reparable. I asked repeatedly if it would drive OK after the insurance assessment. Angelica gave assurances that it would. Not only did they fix it, they found other damage from previous and fixed that. We were going to get stuck with "salvage title" after the insurance assessment. After seeing their work and the final quote, this was reversed. I rarely write reviews. I am very happy to write this one.

What a refreshing experience in a body shop! Angelica and Adrianna were professional, personable and constantly kept me informed. Having any damage to your vehicle can certainly be stressful, but the repair process with Performance Auto Body was refreshingly seamless. If you need body work on your car - I would definitely recommend going here!

Angelica and Alfonso are great family team that took care of my bumper problem. A few other mechanics told me I had to order a new bumper but these guys dealt with the issue perfectly and they even patched up some dings with their paint without me asking for it. They straightened part of the bumper that was bent as well. They repaired my work vehicle Honda Fit so well that it’s going to be ready for more years to come although it’s old! Their repair looks great and firm, and I’m perfectly happy with their response time to reasonable fee for such great job. When I have another issue I’ll definitely go back. Plus I love supporting small local business in Oakland. Thank you so much Angelica and Alfonso, you guys are great car mechanic company and I’d recommend you guys to anyone in East Bay Area that have car issues to repair like bumpers, front, rear, straightening of frames, collision repairs and all. This company provided service that was above and beyond my expectations. Since the part I needed had to be ordered, they provided a temporary repair at NO charge. The repairs were done ahead of time which decreased my cost of a rental, and they not only did an excellent job repairing the damage to my car but also buffed all dents and scratches at NO charge. I strongly recommend Performance Auto Body. They sincerely care about providing excellent customer service and excellent, detailed body and trim repairs.
