Above all demonstrating empathy and understanding in the accommodation of challenging or everyday situations. He really takes the time to explain anything you need (or want) to know. Very genuine with evidence based approaches. This small South Australian family established business is up to date with codes of conduct, on par practices and treatment practices that keep us and our pets safe. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
