I’ve had such a great experience with Pet Camp over the past 4 years! They’re always so thoughtful and caring with my high-energy Aussie. He comes home happy, healthy, and nicely tuckered out every time, and he’s always so excited to go back. I really appreciate how attentive the staff are and how much they clearly care about the dogs. When he’s being boarded, I religiously check the daily photo uploads (usually around 5–6 pm). It’s so reassuring to see him having a great time and being well taken care of. The rates are on the higher end, but the level of attention and care make it absolutely worth it for the peace of mind knowing he’s in great hands. Highly recommend!
We recently boarded our dog for an extended stay (more than a week), including a play package. At the time of drop-off, our dog was in good spirits and active. The primary issue we experienced was a significant lack of communication regarding our dog's well-being during the stay. Upon collection, our dog had lost approximately ten pounds and was visibly weak and lethargic. When we followed up with the facility, they stated over the phone that notes confirmed that staff had observed a noticeable decrease in his interest in food and the presence of soft stools over the course of the boarding period. Crucially, despite these observations documented by the facility's own staff regarding changes in appetite and stool quality, we were never contacted at any point during the boarding. If we were contacted, no voicemail was left. Because we were not informed of these changes in his health and behavior, we were unable to return early, check on him, or contact our veterinarian for immediate advice. We rely on boarding facilities to notify owners when there are persistent, visible changes in a pet's eating habits or physical well-being. The failure to communicate these important observations prevented us from seeking timely care for our pet and having more time with him before he passed. While we understand that health issues can arise unexpectedly, the lack of a proactive call when staff noticed a sustained change in behavior and appetite is the main area of concern regarding the service provided. We encourage the facility to review its policy for owner notification when a pet refuses food or exhibits physical changes over multiple days.
My little girl Frankie, a 10 month old Corgi/Aussie mix came home happy and well taken care of. A 6 night stay, mind you her first ever CAMP experience was a huge success. I had no doubt that she would be well cared for and I was correct! I will definitely be taking Frankie back to CAMP when I am out of town! And I am looking into the day camp options since she seemed to do so well. I will keep you posted but for now, do not hesitate to take your fur babies to this special place. It is worth the price of admission!
This was our first time boarding our dogs. They had never spent the night anywhere but home and this couldn't have gone better. They seemed to enjoy all the adventures in the facilities and interactions with other dogs. We saw lots of photos in the Camper Cameos. They looked great when we picked them up after 10 days. It was such a great experience for them and we will definitely board them at Pet Camp again!
Outstanding home-away-from-home for your fur baby! Impressive, large facility with multiple play areas for dogs of varying socialization stages. Friendly staff that seem to truly care about and enjoy spending time with your dog. Tons of photos and social media posts updated daily, so you can see your camper. I highly recommend Pet Camp!
